Principal Advisory Group was founded by Shawn Prazeres, bringing more than 25 years of automotive retail experience, including General Manager and multi-store corporate leadership positions.

Our experience goes well beyond one person’s experience. Our team brings decades of leadership within major luxury dealer groups, experience running service departments generating over $1 million in monthly gross profit, and expertise in sales, lead management, F&I, and financial operations.

Principal Advisory Group is also deeply personal. Inspired by Shawn and his wife Lynn’s son, Paxton, who has autism, PAG dedicates 5% of its revenue to autism awareness, educational resources, and in-classroom support.
